Entry Process

Entry to Knightsbridge School is by informal interview of parents and children at the appropriate level. Prospective pupils for Year 1 and above are expected to spend a day of assessment at the school in their relevant year group, and a report from the Head of the applicant’s current school is required.

Before your child comes for an interview, you should have visited the school by joining a school tour.

If you are overseas, an initial online meeting to meet the Heads can be organised by contacting our Registrar via email or phone.

A child’s name is only placed on the list of applicants for admission after a registration form has been completed and returned to the Admissions Office, together with a non-refundable registration fee of £200. Admission will be subject to the availability of a place and the pupil satisfying the entrance requirements.

Please complete the registration form below and send it back to registrar@knightsbridgeschool.com, or send it via mail to our address.

The Dukes Village

Knightsbridge School is part of the Dukes Education family of schools and educators, united by a common purpose: to give children the foundations for an extraordinary life. We create clusters of nurseries and schools in village locations to ensure that families can enjoy the option of an all-through education journey with Dukes Education within their local area.

As an all-through school, we welcome students from Dukes nurseries, prep schools, and senior schools, providing guaranteed entry at key entry points: Nursery, Reception and Year 7. This transition is subject only to the availability of a place and a child’s ability to thrive within the school’s ethos and curriculum. We also offer entry for occasional places, subject to availability in the desired year group, ensuring flexibility and continuity within the Dukes community.

This seamless transition allows each child to progress confidently through their educational journey, supported by a familiar and nurturing environment that celebrates individuality and promotes long-term growth and development.

Entry points

Reception (4+) , Year 7 (11+) and Year 9 (13+).

Owing to a small number of families relocating, we occasionally have spaces that become available in other year groups.
